As a fact Kurdistan region is now known as a central of trading in all Iraq, and Kurdistan people had gain a good experience to do a developed trading in all these years.
Jamal Ali Faraj (the chairman of the board and founder of Bayad group) he had a general view of the importance of Kurdistan region as a trading center so his company start working in Baghdad in 1992 the first field was specialist with cloth trading and then in 1999 was the first expansion when the company became a distributor for SAMSUNG well known company in Kurdistan region and then in 2003 BAYAD became the exclusive Reseller for SAMSUNG in all Iraq, the group expanded more when founded a new company (EBTIKAR) for cars trading and it was specialist in Nissan cars, also in the year 2005 the group founded AZMAR Airlines company who had the first flight from the Suleimany International airport in the opening. Nowadays our group expanded our projects more and more and become one of the most important trading groups in the region and all Iraq and we have more than one new project for example the group now also start work with constructions and more other trading fields. Bayad group trading expanded more by the General Manager Bayad Jamal Ali depending on his strong work personality and with elite young employs and technician working for our group activates in all over Iraq.
